Chester Bay is a melting pot of rock n roll influences. They combine Blues roots with catchy hooks creating an appealing sound that does not disappoint! 

Their influences range from Folk to Ska, Blues to Reggae: the end result being an eclectic brand of Rock. By merging an unbeatable sound with an energetic live show, Chester Bay has been captivating audiences since their inception in 2004.

The Minneapolis-based group has been busy turning venues into all-out parties since 1996, playing over 100 shows a year across the US. Composed of Will Bauermeister (lead vocals, acoustic guitar), Eric Moe (bass) and Jason Lyles (drums), Dazy Head Mazy has shared the stage with such acts as OAR, the Gin Blossoms, 7 Mary 3 and Semisonic, among others.

Ellis Drum Shop offers the beginner, semi-pro, and pro drummer two huge showrooms of acoustic drums, electronic drums, hand percussion, cymbals, sticks, heads, vintage drums, hardware, plus a parts/repair department in our St. Paul store.

In our educational department we have four teachers on staff offering lessons on marching, drum kit, classical and hand percussion.

The Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped (LBPH) provides on free loan recorded books and magazines, equipment to play the recordings, large print books, and described videos.
